Question 1

How is this different from hiring an agency?

Accepted Answer

No briefs, no quotes, no SOWs. You subscribe to an output cadence and we ship reels every month. It's video production as a software subscription — not a project-based service.

Question 2

What counts as 'a reel'?

Accepted Answer

A finished, captioned, vertical (9:16) video up to 30 seconds, ready to post natively to Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts.

Question 3

What if I don't have any footage?

Accepted Answer

No problem. With Forge Pro we work with stock, AI b-roll, screen recordings, podcast audio, voiceovers, or product photography. Many of our clients send nothing but a brand kit.

Question 4

Can I post the reels on multiple platforms?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every reel is delivered in 9:16 and works natively on Reels, TikTok, and Shorts. Forge Pro includes platform-specific re-cuts.

Question 5

What's your turnaround?

Accepted Answer

Spark: 5 days · Foundry: 72 hours · Forge Pro: 48 hours. We deliver in batches throughout the month, not all at once.

Question 6

How do revisions work?

Accepted Answer

Every reel includes one revision round (two on Forge Pro). You request changes via your inbox reply — no portals, no tickets.

Question 7

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month. Cancel before your renewal date and you won't be billed again.

Question 8

Do you offer custom plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes — for a fully managed service (we take care of posting), white-label, podcast clipping at scale, or dedicated teams. Get in touch via the contact page.
